Our History

Peninsula Paving, Inc. was co-founded by Andrea Lerner and Danny Johnson, both with over 40 years of combined experience in the heavy construction industry. As woman-owned and SWAM-certified business, we have maintained our VDOT certification for over a decade. Our co-founders have been actively involved in HRUHCA (Hampton Road Utility and Heavy Contractors Association) for many years, serving as President and Board of Directors.
