Unprofessional and Damaging Services
The company has received two scathing reviews from customers who experienced unprofessional and damaging services. Both customers reported that the company's workers caused more harm than good, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.
Multiple Issues and Damage
Chris N. encountered multiple issues with the company. The worker who was sent to remove a sidewalk behind his house sliced through a cable line, causing him to miss a critical teleconference with the USAF. The company initially denied responsibility and ultimately failed to fix the problem. Chris is still without internet and is "fucking livid" at the company.
Nick D. also had a negative experience with the company. The workers did some minor work in his neighborhood, but in the process, they destroyed more than they fixed. The workers left behind damaged landscaping, sidewalks, and debris.
Lack of Accountability and Professionalism
Both customers felt that the company lacked accountability and professionalism. Chris was angry that the worker at the scene denied responsibility and then failed to fix the problem. Nick was also unhappy with the company's workers, describing them as "nasty" and reporting that they left behind a mess.
