At High Desert Aggregate & Paving, Inc., we have been serving our neighbors in Central Oregon, Northeastern Oregon, and across the state since 2002. We are a locally owned and operated paving and asphalt company that has grown to become one of the largest asphalt paving companies in Central and Northeastern Oregon.

Our asphalt paving services include driveways, commercial parking lots, subdivisions, streets/alleys, highways/interstates, and overlays. For heavy/highway construction, we offer roadway building, road reconstruction, airports, excavation services, and underground utilities. In terms of specialty paving, we can handle projects like racetracks, railways, pathways, tennis courts, and golf cart paths. Lastly, our road/driveway resurfacing services include oil mats, chip seals, patching, gravel road maintenance, and asphalt overlays.

With two locations and one portable asphalt plant, we serve all of Oregon. Our home base in Terrebonne serves Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, Madras, Crooked River Ranch, Sunriver, La Pine, and all of Central Oregon. Hot mixed asphalt concrete and cold mixed asphalt concrete can be purchased from our plant. We offer all sizes of crushed gravel, available for pickup or delivery from the quarry.

Our asphalt plant in La Grande serves La Grande, Pendleton, Baker City, Enterprise, Union, and all of Northeastern Oregon. We have hot mixed asphalt concrete and cold mixed asphalt concrete at this location in Eastern Oregon. Our portable asphalt plant allows us to travel to jobs all over the state of Oregon.

Quality matters on all of our paving projects, so we maintain a full-time Quality Control Department. Our QC staff makes sure that the products that are used for your paving job are the best quality. Our full-time mechanics make sure that our equipment is well-maintained and up-to-date.
