Paving Experience
Multiple customers have shared their experiences with this paving company, with mixed reviews. Some customers have reported negative experiences, such as slow work pace, poor workmanship, and careless driving. For example, Nick Barton states that the company has some of the "worst truck drivers around" who do not use their mirrors properly. According to Daniel Kline, a triaxle driver almost collided with his car while driving at high speed, and proceeded to drive recklessly close to his vehicle.
On the other hand, some customers have reported positive experiences. Robin Zang notes that the company was prompt and did a good job in fixing a problem they caused, while Barb White praises the crew who worked on her street, stating that they did a great job in a short amount of time.
Work Quality and Completion Time
Some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the work quality and completion time. Scott Stich states that the company is very slow and the job is half-messed up, while Benny Eyeballs describes the company as the slowest he has ever seen. In contrast, Cj G. notes that the company's work quality is average, but they do not do residential paving.
Driver Behavior
Several customers have highlighted concerns about the company's drivers. Brian Galehan reports that a driver did not take care to avoid driving on fresh asphalt and made big black streaks, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and carelessness. Nick Barton also mentions that the company's truck drivers are "worthless".
