Quality and Responsiveness Issues
Several customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of work and responsiveness of E. Earle Downing, Inc. Author Jordan Estock gave the company a 1-star rating, stating that no one came out to give an estimate or follow up on the request. Author Bob McCarthy, also with a 1-star rating, reported that the work done on his patio and back steps was not up to par, with noticeable flaws and chips on the edges. He mentioned that the only fix was to patch the mistakes.
